Mark Kuhn, Property Manager for Eagle's Ridge, has resigned from Shew Management.  Ed Shew is the interim Property Manager for the community until one is appointed.

 

The Association pays for the AQUA bills as part of the monthly assessment.  The bills have been increasing and don't appear to be in line.  We ask that ALL homeowners and tenants check your units to be sure you don't have any leaks, running toilets or dripping faucets that needlessly waste water.

 

A chimney update memorandum was emailed to everyone in the community on October 18, 2023.  We will update everyone as soon as we can.
