Fireplace Remediation Project Update: April 2026 and fines are @ $300 fine per month for non-compliance. In May we will push to $400 until the work is completed and successfully inspected.
Lighting Project Update: We are working on replacing our street lighting with LED higher intensity light fixtures. Estimates are still being acquired.
Landscape Project Update: We are working with our landscape vendor to address some of the tree and shrub issues as well as other landscape improvements.
Mark Kuhn, Property Manager for Eagle's Ridge, has resigned from Shew Management. Ed Shew is the interim Property Manager for the community until one is appointed.
The Association pays for the AQUA bills as part of the monthly assessment. The bills have been increasing and don't appear to be in line. We ask that ALL homeowners and tenants check your units to be sure you don't have any leaks, running toilets or dripping faucets that needlessly waste water.
