Prior to leasing your unit please ensure your have filed an application and received approval from the Board of Directors and/or Shew.

Trash and Recycling Collection

Trash collection is 2x a week, Monday and Thursday; Recycling 1x a week on Mondays; trash and recycling can only be placed outside the morning of collection. Our vendor is A.J. Blosenski, P: 610-942-2707.
Water Shut Off

I need to shut off the water for repairs, etc: please see attached.
